I've just removed the message that I made available yesterday
regarding the US supreme court's decision about Sue and the Black
Hills Institute.  I did so because the article was originally
published in the New York Times, and Una Smith has just made us aware
that the article's posting to sci.bio.paleontology may have
represented an infringement of copyright.  Sorry about that.  Since
Ken hasn't complained about me making his post about the BLM
available, I'll leave that there a while longer.  For the half-dozen
of you that already retrieved the Sue document, please remove any
headers that show you got it from me :-)
