Well, I would say it is stronger than speculative, but it is also
more complex than that.  There are about 3-4 species of Centrosaurus,
ONE of which has the correct allometric relationships to Styracosaurus
to be a female Styracosaurus.  The other species of Centrosaurus would
remain distinct.

Of course, allometric data is hardly *conclusive*, at least not
like a monospecific mass death site would be.
