Cryolophosaurus ellioti was published in:

Hammer,W.R., and Hickerson, W.J. 1994. A crested theropod dinosaur from
Antarctica. Science 264:828-830.

It is from the Lower Jurassic Falla Formation of Antactica. The only
dimensions published about it is the skull length, ~65 cm.
