He does, he synonymizes them.  (Paul is a rather extreme lumper).

Which is a little bogus, since in my opinion the deinonychosaurs
(including Velociraptor) would have been the most dangerous to
humans of all dinosaurs.  (Something as large as T. rex,
or even Allosaurus, would only bother with prey as small as
humans when very hungry).
